Had a lovely night with a comfy room and a fantastic location near transport. The staff were so helpful and let us store our bags before check-in. The balcony view of the Eiger made it extra special!

Honestly, the decor hasn't updated since disco balls were a hit. If I wanted a time-machine experience, I would’ve just visited a thrift shop!

Although the breakfast options could use more variety, the traditional decor and wellness facilities added a touch of relaxation after our outdoor adventures. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight with seasonal dishes reflecting local flavors.

my recent stay here during our romantic getaway was absolutely delightful. the breathtaking views of the eiger from our balcony really set the mood, and the staff made every moment even more special with their attentiveness and local recommendations. it truly exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in grindelwald.

wellness area closed too early

The location is prime, just a stone's throw from the train station, making it easy to explore the stunning surroundings without dragging bags too far. The Deluxe Double Room Eiger View with balcony offers jaw-dropping vistas of the Eiger Mountain, turning mornings into a visual treat.

Despite the overall comfortable conditions, the rooms can get a bit stuffy, especially on particularly sunny days when airflow is limited. I suggest installing pedestal fans in all rooms for better air circulation. Also, having a comprehensive list of local restaurant hours would be useful. we found ourselves without dining options when eateries closed early. Not to mention, the elevator's small size is inconvenient, necessitating multiple trips with luggage, though it’s manageable.

We had a wonderful five-night stay in the Superior Double Room with an Eiger view balcony. The sauna and sun terrace provided great spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a small thing, the room didn’t have a mini-fridge, but that didn't take away from the amazing experience overall! 😊

the location of kreuz & post is fantastic for exploring cafes, pharmacies, and restaurants. the wellness area was a peaceful retreat, and the evening dinner was absolutely delicious. staff were warm and went out of their way to help, particularly with parking advice during the snowfall.

The staff was very attentive, and I appreciated the suggestion to park in the indoor garage due to snowfall. I found the dining experience pleasant, especially the five-course dinner that impressed my family.
